Oakdale Testicle Festival

“30 years and still hangin!” was the slogan at this annual event to promote our Western Heritage and Ranching Lifestyle in Oakdale. The event what make a bovine a BULL! Over 500 cowboys & cowgirls make their way into the FES hall for an evening of fun.

Cowgirl Lucheon

The Cowgirl Luncheon is an annual Museum event to promote
cowgirl camaraderie and kick off Rodeo week in Oakdale.

 

The event starts with with a glass of champagne, as 450 cowgirl make their way into the hall for an afternoon of fun.

Annual Dinner and Auction

Each September at our Annual Dinner & Auction the Cowboy Museum honors an individual or family who has been involved in our local western history. These people have demonstrated through their daily lives the passion for ranching or rodeo and have made a contribution to our western traditions and heritage. If you would like to submit a nomination for this year, please complete the nomination form at the link below. All nominees are reviewed and voted upon by the Cowboy Museum’s Board of Directors. Nominations are due by February 14, 2014.

23rd Cowboy Christmas

This is a community event and free to the public. There are over 40 exhibitor booths and you’ll find just about anything western and more! There is beautiful western art, furniture, jewelry, apparel, cowboy grub and entertainment!

 

But best of all, you’ll find COWBOY SANTA, who will arrive on horseback at 10:00 A.M. and be available for pictures until 2:00 P.M.

 

So, come on out and have some fun!!
