At Tuolumne County Transit we're continuing to develop a recent initiative that seeks to improve our local footpaths, bikepaths, and equestrian roads. We've been striving to us Active Transportation for a while now, walking and biking to work- we'd also like to give that ability to you, and the rest of the county with an expanded and documented Active Transportation Network.

Here, you'll find an ever-growing list of trails, with associated maps and guides, to help you see the beauty of our forested county, get healthy, lower your carbon footprint and save a bundle on gas and insurance. We think it's a win-win when people can get out of their car for a bit and help the environment too.

Check back here frequently on updates to this process of building, with some grants, sweat and luck, Tuolumne County's Active Transportation Network!
